To extract the files, double-click to open the SATO folder, then double-click PrnInst. You will then need to extract the files before you can use them.When it has finished downloading, use your mouse to right click on the zip file at the bottom left of your screen.On your computer, copy and paste the following website address into your web browser.If the printer still isn’t working properly after you’ve finished the physical checks and recalibrated the sensor, try re-installing the SATO printer drivers on your computer. If the 10 blank labels print correctly, the sensor has been properly calibrated. Press the Feed button The printer will now print approximately 10 blank labels.Light 1 should still be green, and Light 2 should remain orange.The two lights on the printer should appear orange when you re-start, but after a few seconds Light 1 will turn green.Hold down the Feed button and turn the printer back on (keep holding the feed button).Turn off the printer and wait 10 seconds.It should look like this.Īfter checking the physical set-up, if you still can’t print, the next step is to calibrate the sensor. Make sure the label roll is secure and correctly positioned.(The arrows should be pointing straight at each other). Make sure this arrow lines up directly with the arrow on the black body of the printer.
